Dear Dr. Ramirez and Staff:
   Last night I attended my 51st High School Class Reunion. As the president of our class called out each name we were requested to stand.
   This is what he said about me, "Melody...still looks as young as she did when she was seventeen years old."
   I really was the Belle of the Ball. It was wonderful being so popular. Everyone knew me and commented how great I looked. The same could not be said for many members of our class.
   So all I can say is thank you for the wonderful results of my surgery. Your surgery performed is certainly good for ones well being and mental health, not to mention the renewed self-confidence it gives.
